Dr. Meinen chose to focus on sleep medicine because it is a critical part of all of our lives, yet often overlooked. Helping people improve their sleep and witnessing this transform their lives is what makes her passionate about sleep medicine. Dr. Meinen underwent sleep medicine training at The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where she observed a spectrum of complicated sleep disorders, setting her up with an excellent knowledge base for moving into her own sleep practice.
