We are a Physical Therapy, Pilates and Wellness clinic that has been serving the Seacoast area of New Hampshire, Northern Massachusetts and Southern Maine since 2001. We strive to help our patients improve their functioning and performance on all levels by building strength in movement from the inside out. We also offer core stability, balanced body coaching, and more. Our mission is to get to know you and the story that brings you to us, and then to use our extensive experience to correct faulty posture and movement strategies to help you get better and stay better. Our staff has a combined 70 years of experience and we offer an extensive range of capabilities with regards to coaching and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Our approach evaluates your full self. Our bodies are interconnected in a multitude of ways, and as it goes in life that one thing leads to another, so it goes with our bodies that one movement leads to another.
