Dr. Troutman is a board-certified surgeon and is also trained in robotic surgery. He earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois, and completed his residency at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. “My philosophy of care is to listen, to care, to guide, and to love,” shares Dr. Troutman.
