Dr. Matthew Broom is Vice President of Medical Affairs and Chief Medical Officer at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital. He continues to see pediatric patients as part of the Complex Medical Care Program at SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital.  Dr. Broom is also an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of General Academic Pediatrics, at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. His memberships include the Academic Pediatric Association and the American Academy of Pediatrics. He spent four years as a pediatrician in the U.S. Navy.
