Richard was raised in Roseburg, Oregon. He started his impressive professional career in banking right out of school. Richard quickly became the top banker in Oregon while working with Wells Fargo Bank, surpassing his peers in overall volume, sales, and closed loans. After rising to the top of the banking world, he decided to take his talents to Los Angeles and make his mark in the entertainment industry. He opened his own company in event and touring production management, while focusing on marketing and logistics. After 10 years running his successful business in the world of entertainment, Richard decided to go back to his roots and pursue his true passion: real estate. His knowledge of the local market paired with his patience and knack for sealing deals will help anyone find their dream home or investment. He understands what both the buyer and seller truly want and need, and is able to help navigate the real estate market with precision and ease. Richard is an active community member and board member of WonderSeed Foundation. When he isn't working hard for his clients, you can find Richard and his future wife Araceli hiking, gardening, boating or on their family ranch with their dog, Jack.
