When we met with James he gave us an overview of where the market was currently at and advised it was a good time to sell. He gave us examples of homes that had currently sold in our area and prices achieved. James discussed a plan on how to sell the home on its proximity to schools, shops and Metro, taking into consideration its land size, internal space and other features.
