Big Shake's Hot Chicken and Fish in Columbia, TN. Big Shake's Hot Chicken is a Southern Food restaurant with a twist. You can get Classic Fried Chicken and Fish here, but you can also get Nashville Hot Chicken and Fish too! The restaurant was started by Chef Shawn Davis better known as 'Chef Big Shake'. After appearing on the popular show, The Shark Tank, there was lots of interest for him to bring his recipes to his local hometown via a traditional restaurant. In January 2014, the first location opened.
