Jill has over 22 years of professional experience in the banking and finance industry as well as several years as a Marketing professional. In 2020 she was awarded Parent of the Year for Northwest Rankin Middle School and District Parent of the Year from Rankin County School District. Most recently, Gordon was awarded Top 50 Businesswomen for 2021 by the Mississippi Business Journal. Gordon founded and runs a successful nonprofit for youth enrichment for Mississippi children named Enrich MS. Jill has one teenager and they reside in Rankin County and they enjoy being part of IFC Soccer community and spending time outdoors.
