The Neighborhood Services Division mission is to have a positive impact on the City and to improve the quality of life throughout the community. Neighborhood Services will achieve these objectives through professionalism and positive interaction with the community by prompt response to reported violations; educate the public on nuisance ordinances, and continuing to provide quality service to the community. The Neighborhood Services Division seeks to encourage voluntarily compliance with city ordinances pertaining to maintenance, sanitation, rehabilitation, conservation, and safety of existing residential and commercial properties, such as (but not limited to): high weeds and grass, debris, dangerous or substandard structures, sight obstructions, and general public nuisances.
