Nezzy Care of Las Cruces is a provider agency that is contracted to the State of New Mexico Department of Health and Developmental Disabilities Support Division. The Agency has been providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities on the DD Waiver since 2007 and we are currently accredited through CQL.
